Maintenance
The house is well maintained and we aim to provide a high standard of accommodation for our tenants. If an appliance breaks down we ensure that it is fixed, if it cannot be fixed it will be replaced. The lawns are cut regularly in the summer and the hedges trimmed.

Safety.
The boiler and gas hob are checked for safety once a year and issued with a landlord’s gas test certificate.
There are two smoke alarms, both wired into the mains The kitchen has a dry powder fire extinguisher and a fire blanket, there is also a foam fire extinguisher at the bottom of the stairs. The extinguishers are checked every year and issued with a certificate.

Heating
A combination boiler with a 24hr timer is installed to provide central heating in every room and hot water on demand

Furniture
Each room has a single bed, a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a computer desk and chair, a waste bin, rug and curtains. All floors are stripped pine and stained.

Living room
The living room is a good size to relax in a communal space. There is a white round table with four chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, an easy chair, floorboards are stripped and stained

Electric’s
There are two double sockets in the living room with a television arial, each bedroom has a single double socket
